刘双平,新捕京3522com,教授,兼任中国酒业协会黄酒分会副秘书长,中国酒业协会酿造料酒分会技术委员会副主任,十三五国家重点研发计划项目评阅专家。获得科技成果奖励12项,以第二完成人获得国家技术发明二等奖1项、中国专利银奖1项,同时获得中国轻工业联合会科技进步一等奖、中国商业联合会科技进步特等奖等省部级科技奖励6项;主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、国家重点研发计划项目2项,江苏省自然科学基金面上项目1项,与企业合作完成二十余项技术开发或专利权转让;近5年来(2017年至今),发表论文66篇(SCI论文32篇),单篇最高影响因子13.716;8项科技成果通过中国轻工联合会或中国商业联合鉴定,均达到国际领先水平;申请发明专利64项,其中国际专利6项,已授权发明专利33项,其中国际专利3项。
主要从事酿造食品科学与工程研究,包括人工智能及多组学整合的微生物交互作用、微生物分子生态学、合成微生物组学及产业化技术开发等内容,主要包括三个方向:(1)人工智能、机器学习及组学数据解析方法(方法学小组);(2)微生物交互作用机理及合成微生物组学(酿造机理及调控小组);(3)酿造新工艺及装备开发(工艺开发与应用小组)。
