杨成,女,1987年生于黑龙江省。博士,新捕京3522com副研究员,2006年考入新捕京3522com,2018年博士毕业。2015年至2017年在加拿大农业部-圭尔夫食品研发中心(AAFC-GRDC)进行为期两年的博士联合培养(CSC)。研究领域为食品营养与功能性食品,主要从事功能性食品开发、植物化合物的结构与功能的研究工作,重点探究类胡萝卜素的吸收效率改善方法和代谢机制。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金项目1项,作为项目骨干参与项目10余项;先后在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry等国际主流期刊发表论文20余篇,参与撰写英文专著1部。授权国家发明专利1项,获省部级奖项2项。
