仝艳军,博士,新捕京3522com副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事益生元如低聚糖等功能性食品和食品酶学领域的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等省部级6项课题,企业横向课题多项。申请人近年来合作发表论文30余篇,。授权国家发明专利10余项,获2018年中国商业联合会科技进步奖一等奖(5/6)。
2015年6月毕业于新捕京3522com生物工程学院,获得发酵工程专业博士学位。
