新捕京3522com乳品加工与营养健康团队整合了相关领域的优质资源,打造了一个具有国际化视野的研究平台,团队以周鹏教授为学术带头人,致力于解析乳源组分在加工中的变化规律及组分互作,以及这些变化对不同乳制品营养和品质的影响。团队研究领域主要包括:乳品加工技术与创新,乳源功能组分分离制备及功效研究,发酵乳制品与营养健康,乳蛋白缓释递送体系构建等。
